Certified Pilates instructor | Reformer | Personal trainer

With five years of mat Pilates experience and a year on the reformer, Molly’s approach is low-impact but effective helping you move better, feel stronger, and stay consistent.

Lily brings a high-energy, music-led approach to the reformer, combining over 10 years of Pilates experience with a background in multiple movement disciplines, including competitive pole and strength training.

STOTT Certified in both Mat and Reformer Pilates, Megan focuses on breath, alignment, and technique to help you move with confidence and intention. With a background in musical theatre and extensive dance training, she brings grace and precision to every session, creating purposeful flows that will leave you feeling stronger, more balanced, and just a little bit taller. Outside the studio, you'll find her enjoying hot yoga and strength training.
